Recognising the rapid changes in educational leadership, this groundbreaking series of high-calibre events will inspire, motivate and challenge headteachers, aspiring deputies and educational leaders to embrace the ongoing developments for even greater success.
By taking delegates out of the school environment and delivering keynote speeches from some of the biggest names in leadership, delegates will have the chance to appreciate a fresh perspective on the evolving techniques for driving a school forward in the 21st Century. A self-evaluation tool, tailored to each event, will push delegates to reconsider and re-evaluate their context, leadership and management against those explored in the programme.
